Commercial strip-outs, rip-outs, soft demolition and site-enabling support across Devon and Cornwall.
Commercial strip-outs and rip-outs
Support for removing non-structural internal finishes, fixtures and materials to prepare an area for refurbishment, repair or the next trade. Parkstone removes internal finishes, fixtures and materials to prepare commercial and managed properties for refurbishment, repair or the next phase of work. Every quotation sets out exactly what’s being removed, what’s staying, and any hazards or specialist materials involved.
Licensed waste carrier
Parkstone holds Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier registration CBDU628055. Waste removal is provided as part of an organised Site Solutions service, with accepted materials and disposal arrangements confirmed before work begins.
Site clearance
Organised clearance of project areas, external spaces and approved materials, with access, loading, segregation and disposal arrangements agreed in advance.
Soft demolition and enabling works
Selected non-structural dismantling and preparation work may be undertaken where it falls within Parkstone’s confirmed capability, insurance and project scope.
Site support
Practical support may include labour, removal, preparation, material movement and making the area ready for the next stage, depending on the project.
Waste removal as part of the service
Waste removal is handled as part of a wider, organised Site Solutions job — not as a standalone skip-hire style service. Disposal routes and accepted materials are confirmed with you before work begins.
Important exclusions
Parkstone does not accept or remove asbestos or hazardous waste. Any suspected hazardous material must be identified and dealt with by a suitably licensed specialist before Parkstone’s work proceeds.
